This 2018 Heritage Toronto 2018 plaque can be found at 71 Front Street East, east of Church Street. Here's what it says:

Designed by the renowned Canadian firm Moriyama & Teshima Architects, this mixed-use building opened when the St. Lawrence area was undergoing urban renewal. It features a large sunlit atrium with a landscaped watercourse.
